Position Summary

The Accounts Receivable Lead will manage the complete AR process, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting. This role requires strong ERP experience, a solid understanding of GAAP, and the ability to lead with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable: invoicing, cash applications, collections, and reporting
• Supervise and mentor AR team member
• Monitor and manage aging reports to ensure timely collections
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with GAAP in all AR processes
• Run and analyze AR reports to support financial decision-making
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and customer communication
• Support ERP system usage and recommend process improvements

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AR experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong ERP system experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Solid understanding of GAAP and AR best practices
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

PAY $30.00 to $35.00
